These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of www.woacstudio.com (“Website”). The Website is operated by WOAC Studio (“WOAC Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

The Website is primarily intended to:

  • Display WOAC Studio’s handmade art and home décor products;
  • Showcase previous and available customisation work;

The Website is not currently an e-commerce platform and does not directly process purchases, workshop fees or other payments.

2. Enquiries Do Not Constitute Confirmed Orders

Submitting an enquiry through the Website does not:

  • Create a purchase contract;
  • Confirm or reserve a product;
  • Confirm a customised order;
  • Reserve a workshop seat;
  • Guarantee product or material availability;
  • Confirm pricing, timelines or delivery; or
  • Require WOAC Studio to accept the request.

An order, custom project or workshop registration will be treated as confirmed only after WOAC Studio has separately communicated its acceptance and any required payment, advance, documentation or confirmation has been completed.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours and images accurately.

However:

  • Each item is handmade or handcrafted and may have natural variations;
  • Colours may appear different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings or device type;
  • Minor differences in texture, placement, pattern, brushwork, resin effects or finishing may occur;
  • Product dimensions may have small handmade variations;
  • Previously displayed products may no longer be available; and
  • Images of customised or previously sold products may be displayed as portfolio references only.

Such reasonable handmade variations are part of the character of the product and are not necessarily defects.

4. Pricing and Availability

Unless expressly confirmed in writing by WOAC Studio:

  • Website content does not constitute a final quotation or binding offer;
  • Prices, where displayed, may be indicative and may change;
  • Customisation, packaging, taxes, shipping and urgent-delivery charges may be additional;
  • Product, material and workshop availability may change; and
  • Information provided in response to an enquiry may be valid only for the period stated in the quotation or communication.

The final price, scope, delivery timeline and payment terms will be communicated separately before an order or booking is confirmed.

5. Customised and Commissioned Work

Customised products are discussed and confirmed separately based on factors such as:

  • Design requirements;
  • Size and quantity;
  • Materials and techniques;
  • Reference images;
  • Personalisation;
  • Production timeline;
  • Packaging and delivery location; and
  • Number of permitted revisions.

Additional terms relating to advance payment, design approval, revisions, cancellation, delivery, care and returns may be shared before accepting a customised order.

A customised product may not be identical to a reference image because handmade products and artistic techniques naturally involve variation.

6. Customer-Provided Content

You may voluntarily send names, photographs, artwork, design references or other materials for a customisation enquiry.

By providing such content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right or permission to use and share it;
  • Its use for your requested product will not infringe another person’s rights;
  • It is not unlawful, misleading, offensive or inappropriate; and
  • WOAC Studio may use it solely to evaluate and complete your requested work.

You remain responsible for obtaining necessary permissions relating to photographs, names, logos, copyrighted designs or other third-party material submitted by you.

WOAC Studio may decline a request that appears to infringe intellectual-property rights or is otherwise inappropriate.

7. Workshop Information

Workshop dates, timings, mode, duration, venue, fees, materials, age guidance and other inclusions may differ for each workshop.

The details applicable to a particular workshop will be those communicated through its current poster, event listing, registration communication or booking confirmation.

Workshop registration is subject to:

  • Seat availability;
  • Receipt of the applicable fee, where required;
  • Any age or safety requirement;
  • Event-specific cancellation or rescheduling terms; and
  • Rules of the venue, platform, collaborator or event organiser.

Submitting an enquiry about a workshop does not reserve a seat.

Where a workshop is organised with a venue, exhibition, institution or collaborator, additional terms of that organiser or venue may apply.

8. Workshop Results and Learning

Workshops are designed to provide creative guidance and a learning experience. Individual outcomes may vary based on participation, practice, materials, technique and personal interpretation.

WOAC Studio does not guarantee that every participant’s finished artwork will be identical to the demonstration, promotional image or another participant’s work.

Participants are responsible for following safety instructions and using materials appropriately. A parent or legal guardian may be required for minor participants.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Website content is owned by or licensed to WOAC Studio, including:

  • Brand names and logos;
  • Product designs;
  • Artwork;
  • Photographs and videos;
  • Website text;
  • Graphics and layouts;
  • Workshop material;
  • Demonstration designs;
  • Templates and instructional content; and
  • Social-media and promotional material.

You may view the Website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
